Thomas has 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, over 16 years directly with PM. He has a unique ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. His knowledge evolved over 26 years in the field, with hands-on experience allowing him the ability to not only see what is required on any one project but the ability to identify what is not. All of this is instrumental in providing pre-construction services and value engineering. Advising the client of possible issues and potential savings realized has benefited PM in our relationships with our clients who have been with us for many years.
As the Safety Manager Thomas frequently visits sites and discusses logistics and all risk concerns with our Project Managers and Supervisors. His direct communication with our safety group and risk management team ensures we stay compliant with all the latest rules and regulations. His certifications and licenses include NYC Construction Superintendent, OSHA Construction Safety & Health Certification 10 & 30 Hour, Certified NYC DOB Erector/Dismantler Scaffold Installer & Remover, Trained/Certified Firestop Installer, Certified for Lead Abatement, Certified Site Safety Coordinator, and NYC FDNY Fire Guard F-60 Certification.
