We have appointed an internal Safety Manager to inspect our job sites, hold employee safety meetings, and keep our staff informed of up-to-date knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, as well as maintain the company Safety and Health Program.

The personal safety and health of each employee of our organization is our most important asset and that their safety at the worksite is our greatest responsibility. The prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it will be given precedence over operating productivity whenever necessary. Management will provide all mechanical and physical facilities required for the personal safety and health of each of its employees.

Our concern for safety and health of all human beings is daily, even hourly. We expect every person who conducts the affairs of our company, no matter in what capacity they function, to accept this concern and its responsibility. Employees are expected to use the safety equipment provided. 

PM has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control  Act Section 402 and has received Certification to conduct Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting Activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.8
