Pre-construction services
PM Construction Services uses a variety of tools and resources to structure a plan that will allow your projects to run efficiently from start to finish. Our team reviews all aspects of the project to meet the operational and project goals. Our team will assist the owner with key components to aid in making critical decisions to move the project forward and on the required path. These items include but aren’t limited to preliminary budgets, design review, scheduling, value engineering, site Logistics just to name a few.
Construction Management
Working with the Owner, Design Team, Engineers, Architects ,and Local Authorities, we oversee and direct projects from conception to completion by reviewing the project in depth. We are always mindful of costs, quality and the project schedule. Overseeing the bidding process, expediting services, pre-purchasing equipment/materials, performing site safety surveys before construction and much more to ensure that we provide our clients with a successful completion
General Construction
Specializing in commercial interior/exterior renovations and building alterations, our experience includes projects of varying sizes and degree of difficulty. Every construction project is completed to specification and in compliance with industry standards and codes. Furthermore, because we have a variety of construction trades “in-house”, we can maintain a greater level of quality control throughout every project.
