Testimonials
Rated 5 out of 5
Sometimes the busier we become the less time we have to say thanks. I wanted to let you know that working with the Project Managers at PM are always a pleasure, they have never let us down and they both go the “extra mile” for NYHQ. Their professionalism and dedication is respected and appreciated. Working with PM makes our jobs easier.
-New York Hospital Queens
The work came out exceptionally well, with superior workmanship and overall project management.
-EMTG Consultants, Inc.
PM Construction always works as if they were working on their own home. Always dependable, always neat, always complete, always reasonable.
-Silvercrest Extended Care Facility
Although this was our first project together; I must say that I am truly grateful that PM Construction led the charge. In a time when construction projects require careful attention to costs, schedules, and logistical coordination; PM Construction has proven to be experts in construction management
-Steven Gambino Architects. P.C.
When it’s 2am, the sky is dark, its 8 degrees, the wind is blowing and you feel like you’re the only fool out there working you wonder if anyone appreciates it. I have been there, I know from experience. Well I have to tell you we do. PM did a great job on timing and resource allocation. We were able to open and operate all our off site facilities (on time) and safely. Thank you for your efforts.
-Realestate Manager, New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital”
I appreciated working with PM Construction. The project manager and owner are very experienced, reasonable individuals who were competent in performing their responsibilities and completing our project in a timely fashion and within budget. I would recommend PM Construction and hope to work with them again.
-Director of Facilities and Engineering, Southampton Hospital”
Another example of how people get stuff done. Last minute notice was given to PM Construction to get the newly designed ADA ramp and other concrete work done with little notice. Most importantly, the Project Manager noticed that things weren’t going as quick as he’d like, so he jumped right in and was shoveling and floating concrete himself. Button down long sleeve, during 95-degree temps.
-Urban Edge Properties
“All of the doctors, staff, and patients have had nothing but glowing reviews of the space and their interactions with your staff. Thanks for building such a beautiful space and for always maintaining a professional, courteous, and client centric approach with SMC and the hospital”
