With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Eddie Major serves as Vice President of PM Construction Services. In this key leadership role, he oversees the successful delivery of high‑quality commercial construction projects, guiding teams to consistently meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
Mr. Major also serves as Service Manager for PM Maintenance, where he leads the day‑to‑day operations of the maintenance division. He ensures client properties are properly maintained and that repair and service projects are executed with precision, reliability, and close attention to detail.
Bringing a strong foundation in hands‑on construction and project management, Mr. Major excels in coordinating service teams, strengthening client relationships, and streamlining operational processes. His experience spans a diverse range of commercial environments, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, healthcare and educational institutions, as well as, fitness centers and spas, where performance, safety, and uninterrupted operations are critical.
