INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR RENOVATION
New Life to a beachfront hotel. The existing property was completely remodeled inside and out. The siding, windows, doors, decking and railings were all replaced. The grounds were reworked to provide a pleasant family atmosphere this included additional landscaping, plantings, picnic tables and barbecues. Outdoor lounge areas were created in the yard as well as on the beach all accented by subtle exterior lighting. Inside everything was replaced with new from the bathrooms, kitchens, HVAC right down to the finishes. This property is comfortable and functional and gives the hotel guests a relaxing experience with a bay front sunset view they will not forget!
