You will learn practical, on-the-job skills and observe how an organization works. Our interns have an opportunity apply classroom knowledge in the professional world. Inquisitive & enthusiastic interns are able to prove themselves and potentially earn either a full-time position with our company or a recommendation for jobs elsewhere.
We will provide you with the tools to help you be successful in this industry.
If you are interested in an internship opportunity with PM, please send your Cover Letter and Resume to HR@pmconstructionservices.com and request additional information on any open positions.
The foundation of our internship program is to ensure the individual becomes an integral part of any organization. We will provide a hands-on learning environment and establish goals to ensure our intern is set up for a successful future.
We will provide concise & measurable learning objectives, as well as, a list of projects and tasks that you can accomplish by meeting reasonable deadlines.
A key component in striving for quality learning and productivity is evaluating our intern’s work and offering constructive feedback. We will have open communication throughout the workday, meetings as needed and an exit interview at the end of the internship.
Each intern will learn essential computer programs and network practices with a detailed training program created and led by our Administrative Management Coordinator.
You will work directly with an experienced Construction professional. This supervisor will coordinate schedules and field training, be available for questions and provide constructive comments as needed.
During your internship program you will find a combination of group learning sessions, individual mentoring, training manuals and videos that will contribute to the actual work the intern will be performing.
