Interior and Exterior Renovation
Interior and exterior renovation to construct a new medical office. The existing stairs were demolished, new stairs were built, and the basement stair reversed to exit directly out to the street. The façade was demoed with a new corrugated metal rain screen, installation of new storefront glass and new marquee over the entrance. The windows were also replaced with larger windows to bring in more light. This modern clinic is representative of a contemporary office, waiting room/lounge, that is both functional and comfortable to the staff and patients.
