MRI Renovation
This project consisted of the replacement of an existing MRI on the ground floor of the Ancillary Building. PM was responsible for a complete interior renovation and the coordination of the equipment. Work was completed while the building was fully occupied, requiring careful planning, scheduling and infection control all while adhering to strict safety rules and regulations. The schedule required double shifts and weekend work to meet an accelerated timetable.
